What are the terms of software manu?

The following terms ("Software Terms") apply to any software (including software updates) and any related documentation we make available to you in connection with manu (the "software manu").

Use of the software manu. You may use the software manu only as provided by manu, and as permitted by these terms of use. You may not incorporate any part of the software manu into other programs or compile any part in combination with other programs, or copy, modify, create derivative works of, distribute, assign rights to, or license the software manu in whole or in part. All software used in manu is property of manu or its software suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Use of third-party services. When you use the software manu, you may also be using the services of one or more third parties, such as a mobile operator or mobile software provider. Use of these third-party services may be subject to the policies, terms of use, and fees of these third parties.

Unauthorized reverse engineering. You may do not reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile, manipulate, or circumvent the security mechanisms associated with the software manu, in whole or in part.

Updates. We may offer automatic or manual updates to the software manu at any time without notice.

End users of government institutions. If you are an end user of a United States Government institution, we license manu software as a "Commercial Product" as the term is defined in the Code of Federal Regulations of the United States of America (See 48 C.F.R. subchapter 2.101) and the rights we grant with respect to the software manu are the same rights we normally grant to any other user under these terms of use.

Conflicts. In the event of a contradiction between these terms of use and the third-party terms applicable to any part of the software manu, such as the terms of open-source licenses, those other terms shall govern that part of the software manu for the duration of the conflict.
