At its sole discretion, manu may cancel any purchase order:

·         If the supplier delivers any product after the agreed time; and,

·         If the supplier delivers any product in breach of the established specifications for palletized cargo.

When manu has advanced a payment and subsequently have canceled the corresponding purchase order, the exclusive supplier must refund manu the payment by wire transfer within the non-extendable period of two (2) business days, starting from the cancellation date.
