¿Can sales exclusivity be suspended?

At its sole discretion, manu may suspend the sales exclusivity at any time in case of any exclusive supplier, or its legal representative, is on one of the following blocked lists:

·         The "Denied Persons List" issued by the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) of the Department of Commerce of the United States of America.

·         The "List of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons" issued by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) of the Department of the Treasury of the United States of America. 

The suspension will stand while the exclusive supplier, or its legal representative, remains into the blocked list, or until he has proved it was a mistake (false positive).

If the country of incorporation of any exclusive supplier has been sanctioned by the Department of Commerce or by the Department of the Treasury of the United States of America, manu will suspend the sales exclusivity.

If any exclusive supplier has sanctions imposed in the United States of America, or sanctions consistent with the regulation of the United States of America imposed by the government of its country, we will suspend the sales exclusivity.

Upon the thirtieth (30th) day of suspension, we will cancel the sales exclusivity.

manu will not provide service in any country sanctioned by the Department of Commerce or the Department of the Treasury of the United States of America.
