Could change the sale price of the products of an order placed?

Most of the products have a scale of prices with additional volume discounts.

The following events may affect the total price due if the order contains products in quantities that are fewer than the manufacturer's (or wholesaler's) minimum quantity requirement:

•         The manufacturers and wholesalers update the sale price of their products from time to time.

•         The service suppliers update the costs of logistic service, such as freight, insurance, among other services, on a regular basis.

•         Modifications to the customs taxes.

Manufacturers (or wholesalers) have the right to modify the sale price of their products at any moment. The logistic service suppliers (such as freight companies, insurance companies, among other suppliers) may update their costs at any time. In fact, every country's government may, in its sole discretion, modify the customs taxes at any moment.

These updates will only affect those products whose manufacturer's order has not been yet completed.

In these instances, manu will send you an email asking you to accept or reject your order within a non-extendable period of two (2) business days, starting on the sending date:

  • If you confirm, manu will update the total price due for your order as well as the reservation applied on your credit or debit card.
  • If you reject, manu will eliminate the affected products from your order:
    • If your order contains several products, manu will update the total price due and the reservation on your credit or debit card.
    • If your order contains only one product, manu will cancel it and the applied reservation, also.
